Wow...

Has it really be almost a year since either of us posted last? I think life got busy and time got away from us. I'll get back on the blogging bandwagon now, though.

Since last post, I have done two craft fairs. Both were very stressful, but they were a lot of fun. I'll just post a few pictures of my favorite items here.

First, we have post-it desks with matching pens. At both events, people generally thought these were cute, but they were uninterested in buying them.

Next we have post-it books with matching mini-gel pens. These sold well at the first craft fair, and then I gave a few away as gifts. I only took the razorback one to the second fair, so it kind of got lost in the mix.

These covered notepads I made for the second fair. I like them, and they got a lot of attention, but most people at the second fair were not buying, they were just looking, so none sold. People commented on them a lot, though.

These magnets and paperclip bookmarks were a big hit at both fairs. I still have some custom orders to fill. They are one of my favorite items as well!

I made this teacher gift for a coworker to give her son's kindergarten teacher. The "cupcake" is a pair of fuzzy socks, and the tag is a gift card holder. Word is that the teacher loved it!

Coasters are one of my biggest attractions at all craft fairs. I sold a few at each show. For the second show, I also made some larger tile trivets, which sold a few, and some tiny tile magnets, which also sold well.

I made these Angry Birds for my husband, but they were too big for him to take to work, so I ended up selling them. I'm planning to make him some small ones for his desk at work.

This Mickey art was a thank you gift for a friend that works at Disney World. I used acrylic paint and vinyl cut out with my cricut to create this look. I plan to do a tutorial on this method soon.

That is pretty much everything I have been up to for the past year. Hope you enjoyed the recap!

If you are interested in buying anything from me or seeing more of what I make to sell, hop over to www.autumnrosegifts.com. It's just a blog page right now, but I'm working on improving it!
